Credit Purchases and Usage

Unused Credits: If you have purchased credits and have not used any of them, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

Partially Used Credits: If you have used some of your purchased credits, we cannot offer a refund for the used portion. However, you may request a prorated refund for any unused credits within 14 days of the purchase date.

Credit Expiration: Please note that credits have an expiration date. The specific expiration period will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase. No refunds will be issued for expired credits.

Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using Z-Image's 4K AI image generation service, please contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue and, if unable to do so, we will offer a full refund for unused credits or extend their expiration date, as appropriate.
Service Changes and Future Offerings

Service Modifications: We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of Z-Image at any time. In such cases, we will provide notice and, if applicable, offer refunds or credits as appropriate.

Future Services: This refund policy applies to our current credit-based system for Z-Image's 4K image generation and editing. If we introduce new services or payment models in the future (such as subscriptions), we will update this policy accordingly.
