These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Z-Image ("we," "us," or "our"), accessible at https://z-image.net (the "Website"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Refund Policy.
1. Description of Services
Z-Image is a next-generation 4K AI image generation and editing platform. Z-Image features a self-correction workflow, multi-image context understanding, and cultural context awareness for professional-grade 4K image output.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are operated by users under 18.
3. Acceptable Use
Your use of Z-Image is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to use our services to generate content that is illegal, harmful, sexually explicit, or that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy without prior notice.
4. Credits and Subscriptions
4.1 Credits
We operate on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you generate or edit images. Pricing details are available on our Pricing page.
4.2 Subscriptions
Subscription plans auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
4.3 Pricing Changes
We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions are honored at the current rate until the next renewal.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. We offer refunds for unused credits within 14 days of purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
When you generate content using our services, you retain usage rights to the output, subject to:
- Our Acceptable Use Policy
- The license terms of the underlying AI models
- Applicable intellectual property laws
You may not claim that AI-generated content was created by a human when such disclosure is required by law.
7. Content Moderation
We employ multiple layers of content moderation to enforce our Acceptable Use Policy:
- Automated prompt filtering for prohibited content
- AI-powered output screening
- Manual review of flagged content
- User reporting mechanisms
Content that violates our policies will be removed, and repeat violations may result in account termination.
8. User Data and Privacy
We collect and process user data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Z-Image shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation by contacting us at support@z-image.net. If unresolved within 30 days, the parties agree to attempt resolution through binding arbitration before pursuing other legal remedies.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on our Website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
